Carlton Burrell was born on Oct. 3, 1981 to Paul and Brooke Burrell.  As soon as Carlton could walk, he showed a talent for sports.  He began his sports career in little league, playing basketball, football, and baseball.  When he reached his teen years, he became interested in racquetball.  Carlton has received various awards for his athletic abilities, including Maddocha High School Athlete of the year, which is given to the outstanding high school athlete in the state of Maddocha.

Carlton is not only an athlete. He is a scholar as well, maintaining a 3.8 grade point average.  He also finds time to work in the Brother To Brother Program in Dorinda and he works in the Dorinda Tutoring Program as well. In Carlton's spare time, he likes to collect football cards and play video games.  He also likes to work on cars.
